Title: Olive-sided Flycatcher Study
Abstract: In 1994, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game initiated a project to determine whether existing monitoring programs adequately cover the Olive-sided Flycatcher. This species is listed as a Category 2 species, which is a category of concern on the Federal Threatened and Endangered Species List for species with insufficient data to determine listing status. Field studies have focused on examining the rate and timing of singing, aspects of breeding biology, and habitat use.
